august 24 2024, 5pm. i launched my first ever drop at 16 after building the whole site myself and hyping it to everyone i knew. then i spent the night refreshing the page waiting for an order that wasnt from my mum. nobody came.
so i kept dropping, posting and figuring ts out until the brand passed $100k. sounds smooth when i put it like that, but then $30k of inventory got stuck in customs for months and my inbox filled with customers asking where their orders were. i had no real answers, so i kept changing dates and making up tracking updates to buy myself more time. one night around 2am i caught my reflection in the screen and realised customs wasnt the real problem. i was.
i stopped patching problems whenever they blew up and started building real systems around the brand. then i rebuilt it as v2byvelare and the relaunch went from $0 to $100k in 30 days. now the brand has done over $1m and hit $220k+ months. everything inside Execution+ comes from the same systems i still use to run my own brand today.
